Loose Titanium Shaft

Hello Reefers,

I have a nanostream and the shaft is loose causing the propeller to miss fire when it is turned off. I have to slide a pen in the opening of the pump to get it started. Any thoughts on how to fix it or how to send it back to Tunze to get repaired.

I am not sure what the warranty is on these pumps.

Warranty is 2 years, the pump motor would likely need replaced as the shaft should stay permanently affixted.
