All of a sudden in the past 48 hours this coral is receding and I guess dying. I can't figure out what is happening.

Salinity 1.025 to 1.026
No Phosphates
Perfectly clear water
Metal Halides two 250 Watt.
The thing is this is an established coral, not moved or distrubed, been thriving for months with the exact same, or close to the same water conditions. No additions to the tank, nothing I can put my finger on that is changing.
