Lost Apex Display Module

Any help would be highly appreciated as none of my outlets are working, even though AquaNotes. :(

I lost my Apex Display Module (can see it on the web interface anymore) after upgrading the firmware. I tried unplugging and re-plugging it in, to exercise the "plug and play" option, with no success. I also tried unplugging the whole unit to try and see if that would help, to no avail. Is there a way to force the display back into the scheme?

I do not have a backup file on this. Should I call customer service for assistance with this? I really need my controller working soon, as I'm sure you've heard a million times over. :lmao:

I would email Neptune customer service. Getting a response via email seems to be quicker than contacting on the phone.

Whether or not the display unit is there really shouldn't effect the programming of the outlets, so it sounds like something got really buggered up during the firmware update.
