lost Derasa after 2 years

I am not sure what happened I found these on its shell I do not think they are pyramids water conditions haven't changed any ideas

Those are calcareous tube worms(harmless). They do like to grow in dimly lit areas such as sumps. What type/wattage of lighting did you have this clam under?

yeap those are harmless, how is the tempurature of your tank ? has it been hot in your area ?

nope, those aren't pyramid snails.
Something else killed it.
