Lost my fist 2 fish within a week

ive been in the hobby, and lost my first Yellow watchman goby a week ago...and now my coral beauty angel...man it sucks

What are your water params. Aree you asking why your fish died?

ya...if your fish are dying within a week of each other I think you should be freaking out about your water parameters and closely watching your other fish beahaviors/appearances.

i agree. forget what most of those quick caresheets for fish say...20 gallons is too small for a CB. And are you asking why your fish died, or were you simply stating that they died? If you're asking, i'd say you need to check your water.

also, that would be a very cramped 20 gal tank imo...a coral beauty, royal gramma GOLD STRIPED MAROON CLOWN and the yellow watchman.

imo, it could very well have been the maroon clown. they're more aggressive than other clowns, but i'd check water before suspecting him. Maroons get bigger than other clowns i believe..i dont think they're sposed to be kept in 20 gal. either. So that would be 3 fish so far that dont really fit in the 20....clown, CB, royal gramma.

I didn't see the rest of the livestock, i just assumed it was those two fish in a 20gallon. yeah with that stock you need to do a lot of water changes. I understand why you have those fish though they are all really sweet. do you have any coral in the tank? I think that would be a better option if you can't resist adding stuff to the tank. be careful though it is real easy to get hooked on corals, like all of us
