Bought a beautiful and healthy kole tang from a respectable LFS. I had it for 2 weeks everything was going great. He slept in a hole in the rocks. I woke up one morning and found him stuck in between 2 rocks severely injured. He died about 20 minutes later. Im realy unsure of what happened here there were not rock slides or anything. Is it possible he just got himself stuck and stressed out over night?

What is the tank size and tankmates ? Should be stress from agressive tankmatesfor sure...
odd i dont have any aggresive tank mates really or atleast none that show it when im around and im near my tank most of the day. I have 2 clown fish, hogfish PJ cardinal and a mystery wrasse but dont worry he is almost blind so he doesnt bother anyone. My tank is a 90 gallon long so there is plenty of room for him.
