Lots of clowns

Here is a picture of my clowns that I have raised since they were eggs, they are 10 years old. I have had the mother clown for 23 years.

They are beautifully colored. What do you feed them?

Waldomas, I feed them formula one flake food in the morning and frozen plankton and brine shrimp in the evening.

That's inspiring to know that with good care your fish can live that long - 23 years in awesome.

They are not laying any eggs now but they were a egg laying machine. I was able to raise 300 from fry to fish.

Do you encounter much aggression with so many baby clowns growing up together?

DC, They have not changed sex or mated into pairs.

vaporize, No, not as long as there is a group of them. When I sold some I notice that they would put 2 together in a small tank and they would fight.

That is nice wish i had the skills and time to be able to breed clowns.

The only way I was able to raise any was the fact that the female was laying eggs every 11 days or so. This gave me a lot of times to try in raise the fry which at times I only got a couple out of 200 or 45 or more.
