Anyone notice their PH go up when you opened up the windows? Mine sure did.

Mine is up a couple of tenths but definitely nothing to worry about on my end...

This is a common occurance with well sealed homes. CO2 lowers pH and is not allowed to escape. With the windows open the room's CO2 concentration drops thus raising pH.
