Well I'm not looking to build one for myself as I got 4x39w T5HO and I'm currently building my controller with a PLC.

I will try to contact him just to get a price to see if he can get a good deal on the led's.I was curious to see what he says.I know you didn't have the money because of the job situation so I didn't want to push it
