low light algae

I have a 10gallon tank connected in a loop system, intended to grow pods and brine shrimp, its outside the house before a screen and other obstacles. It does not get much light. Is there any macroalgae with the exception of calurpa or anything that goes sexual, that I can grow?

chaetomorpha. not picky about light and doesn't go sexual.

I tried chaeto, does not work.

I don't know of anything more low light than that. Can you add a light to the fuge? It wouldn't take anything fancy. Just a clip on lamp with a spiral compact bulb.

I am using several refugiums, but this one no, no light.
