i just wanted to post a little about my new tank build ,ive built many tanks before and have gone through all the normal tank size syndromes
. the tank i just shut down was a 135 stapphire cube full sps . i really didnt enjoy the cubes as it seemed hard to keep it neat and get the flow right without having pumps everywhere. so i decided to build another this one is roughly 75g tank with additional 50g in sump area. specs are 48"x24"16" front panel stapphire. its a topdown look design with custome designed arch rockwork i built using heated pvc and mixed cement,agrocrete,sand mix. i built stand with some hand painted tile work i painted myself .the sump design i had in mind with using as much sand and lr as i could use without putting in display as i wanted just the arch to dominate the display.i have a closed loop in bottom of the tank also. im currently keeping all my livestock in a 100g rubbermaid until tank is rdy.here are some pics of when i started up unto this weekend when i started the tank up. any input is greatly appreciated.
