low res images??

I have a Nikkon 18-135mm 1:3-5.6, and a Nikon Nikkor 70-300.. 1:4.5-5.6G VR

Quickie.....for tonight, shooting indoors, lower light. A mode, with my flash? Lots of neon, and mirrors. Should I bounce the flash off of the ceiling, it's a low ceiling.

Mirrors are going to sting. I would bounce the flash off the ceiling in "M" mode. The camera will meter for the ambient light (light without flash). Figure out how much light the flash will output and counter it slightly by turning down the aperture. This way your subject should be nice and bright without looking "flashed".
