Read through this entire thread it will provide lots of great information. Unless you plan on designed a system to fit this species needs its very hard to introduce them to an established tank.

Check out UltraPack to ... its mimics coral mucus that dendros feed on

They prefer temperatures around 70-75 degrees so plan on getting a chiller

Many have had luck with strirrng there sand beds for food so I would say a DSB is a must (some may disagree)

Plan on setting up a pytho culture or buying live pytho

Dendros need heavy feeding wich means heavy filtration, if you have a 100 gallon tank and your filtration is based off that volume plan on replacing everything and setting up a system rated for around 250-300 gallons.

Laminer flow is a must ... streams are the best way to achieve this and they are pretty pricey as you probably already know.

If you still think its worth it after all that then go for it ... post your results ... what worked what didnt and hopefully we will have enough information to write up a how to guide so they average joe can take a swing at dendros aswell.
