that yellow fungia is out of control!!! as is the red one. but i've personally never heard of or seen a yellow one.

I love the way your setup looks now then before. There isn't a coral in your tank that I don't like....gotta love those plates!!!!

I need to do a water change on the tank as I have not run the skimmer in about 2 months at a minimum.

Its running around 5-10 ppm on the Nitrates with pretty heavy feeding so I am happy the fuge is working well.

I also need to replenish the crabs as the interceptor treatment last month wiped them out.

I am debating about plumbing the filter to the basement but everything is working so well right now I dont really want to mess with anything.

Looking awesome as usual and I love the new fish!!! Sorry to hear about your achilles.

I'm curious as to why you did an Interceptor treatment as I dont see any acros in the tank, just a Seriatapora sp. in the top right?

Great collection of frags, but I hope you get into aquascaping. It's a shame you put that gorgeous scolymia back in the corner, that should be your front man.

Well I have some sad news.

My mystery wrasse and radiant wrasse decided to jump into my overflow last week and I didnt get to them for a couple of days and so the mystery decided it would be fun to pummel my radiant. Sadly I lost the radiant. It sucks because they are my favorite fish.

I also have been going skimmerless now coming up on about 3 months

Sorry to hear about your Radiant loss, IME Mystery's are not big fans of other wrasses at all, let alone in the small area of an overflow box.

Whats behind going skimmerless? Testing? Skimmer broke? I ran a skimmerless SPS tank for years, grew great...no where near the color pop when ran with a skimmer though.

I went skimmerless because my octopus skimmer decided to leak from one of the unions and Im too lazy to get new seals and fix it so Im running without.

Ya I know the mystery wrasse are bad with other wrasse but he gets put in line by the harlequin so it keeps the territory disputes under control.

Im expecting same color and better growth with a lps tank going skimmerless opposed to the same with a sps tank.
