LTA and BTA

I keep mine in the same tank for a long period of time.
I don't think it would be a good idea to get them both, put them in the same tank, and then move one of them again soon though. That sure sounds like a good way to kill an anemone with stress.

OK this is the scenerio, I got a LTA about 3 weeks ago, was kinda bleached...looks beautiful now and is gaining color everyday.....yesterday a friend of mine is scarpping his tank and couldnt sell his BTA, it looked a bit bleached, but I couldnt let him put it in the sun...so I took it home....

It has red tips, white bubbles, not sure if that is because its bleached or if it is a morph.....any way if I can sustain them both in one tank indefinately I would like to if not I will get rid of the BTA once it "heals"

What I dont want is two dead anemones so if the can live together I will keep both if not....well one has to go.

I have a Green BTA and a Purple LTA and have had both for over 6 months now. The BTA sits right at the top corner on the rock and the LTA stays down in the sand. The BTA was a rescue for me as well, it split from the mother and was given to a friend, in his tank a maroon clown ripped it apart so I took it and nursed it back to health. It is pretty darn big now. Never bothered my LTA.
