i wont go into details but 3 days ago i had to save a lta and introduce it into my aquarium,, heres the problem,, i have the standard 54x4 t5's on a 24" deep aquarium,, i know lta's like a foot in the sand,, my question is will the lighting work with silverside spot feedings daily or every other day?? the sucker took to a low flow spot in the sand and is taking food well,, but i never wanted a lta , this is a zoa only setup but i wont deny fate,, back to the question,, will the spot feedings keep him healthy will the lower wattage lights????
( sry for double post mods)

Should be fine but I wouldnt feed every or every other day. Once every 3 or 4 days is more than enough. I have a 12 inch LTA in my 65 and I feed him once a week. Of course my clowns take care of him as well but still I think every 3rd day feeding would be more than sufficient.

Your lighting should be fine. LTAs do not have quite the lighting needs that other Nems have. Still need good light but not quite as much as some of the more difficult Nems.

If you see him really stretching towards the light for an extended time then you might want to add 2 more T5s long term but I think you should be good.

I also would look into feeding something other than silversides. There are many posts about the health of a nem declining after feeding them. I feed mine mysis, krill, baby scallops and table shrimp but I have actually only fed each one of those once directly feeding it and i have had it for about 2 1/2 months now.
