I recently got a LTA and everything was going fine , but today i woke up and the tentacles were limp and flat and the red foot was expeling whatlooks like feedng tentacles or something of that nature. I aclimated it for a long time. Please help dont want to lose my investment.

By the way

nitrite 0 nitrates 0 ammonia 0 calcium 400 phosphate 0 dkh 10 ph 8.1

Your ph looks low.
I think it's recommended to keep it at around 8.3 or so.

How big is your tank?
How long since your tank completed it's initial cycle?
What kind of lighting do you have?
Temperature?
Salinity?
Other inhabitants?
Pictures...full tank and closeup of the troubled nem?

150 mh 14k
2x 65 watt pc actinic
79 deg temp
29 gal w/ 10 gal sump
some sps and a white stripe m. clown

should i try to aclimate it to a year and a half old tank w/ t5 setup

My opinion is that your 29 gallon is too new for a nem and too small for any of the species lumped into the LTA category.
