I woke up this morning to find my midnight angel dead in the grasp of my LTA but the LTA is not eating him should I remove him or let him keep trying. The LTA is about12" in diameter when fully opened and theangel is only 1-1 1/4" will he be able to eat him or not???? the angel was looking good last night and his cave was right next to the base of the LTA so I am guessing he got to close on his way out the cave.

I'm surprised it wasn't able to eat it since it's 12" diameter.

FWIW in 5 1/2yrs I've only lost 2 fish to nems, 2 baby blond naso's that were clueless and just swam in.
They were consumed and bones were spit next day, gnarly to see skull, and at $89 each an expensive snack.
