Lucky Gold Fish

My tank is doing quite well, things are growing fast but I'm not getting the color that I would like. I've been debating on weather if I should go with a 12k bulb or something. ;)

Well if you've "seen" Dannie, you've got bigger stones than I coming across at him like that.

I have actually been to Lucky Goldfish a few times. They still have alot to learn about corals, fish, and setups before they are taken seriously by the reefing community. However, they are really nice people and have always been helpful with the price and any questions you have about corals and future selections. I have purchase 2 clams and 1 acro colony. The clams and acro is still alive and doing well in my system.

ya went there once... saw a lot of zoos swsirling around in the bottom of there tank and some bleached anemones and well one sps frag that was on its way out and i was excited to go there after seeing there add on cl but no, i went there with a friend that had been there before and said that they were also selling the bamboo outside there store but then 2 weeeks later it was dead so ya if you cant grow bamboo dont sell coral, fish, lifestock.
the only way i might buy somthing from them is that if it was still in the bag from their wholsaler and then it still might be ifi!!!!

I went to the Real Lucky goldfish in oakland this weekend, after not going to san jose to the fake Lucky goldfish. I liked the store, but kinda feel it is too pricey compared to some of the other stores here in the bay. It is a quality shop with quality corals.

Anyone else go to the spot in fremont that is only onpen sat-sun. I have found some pretty good prices there.

I've been to Aquatic Bliss, the place open on Sat-Sun in the business park in Fremont. I got a few frags from them and they are doing well. They do have a decent selection, however the store is definitely not a diplay type store, it's very 'warehouse' like. That being said, the specimens look fine and I only regret one of my peps I bought from the died within 2 days, and a couple trocus snails died in a week, be cautious of the livestock, otherwise everything else I bought from there has done fine.
