Lumatek 250w ballast

Last spring/summer I purchased a new lumatek electronic 250w, 250w hqi ballast from PA along with a pendant. The ballast is no longer working. It wont fire any bulbs(of the three 250w phoenix 14k). When I hook the same bulbs up to a sunlight supply bluewave ballast, they run just fine.

Any info regarding contact for Lumatek or warranty return info. I no longer have the original box, but it was purchased last year(2011) from you guys.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear about the problem with the ballast. This is the first failed Lumatek I have heard of. Let me give them a call and see how they want to handle warranty with it and I'll get back to you today.
