Lumatek Ballast setting?

Greetings,

Had a ballast burn out and just replaced with the Lumatek 250W/400W dimmable. I'm running Radium 400W bulbs, and not sure what setting I should be using on the ballast. The options are 400W or 400HQI... does it matter? Is one an overdrive? Just go with the 400W and not HQI?

Happy with the lighting before on the prior Lumatek ballast (with no settings to confuse me...), so would like to just choose what that was, and not worry about burning out the bulb or burning down the apartment.

Both settings actually over drive the bulb, it was designed for a ballast that puts out about 160-165 watts. Use the regular 400 watt setting, it will give better life than the hqi setting.
