LumenMax 2 vs LumexMax Elite? Difference?

my tank is 62"x19X24" and run 2 Lumenmax Elites with Iwasaki 175w 15k Par busters anlong with 24 blue LEDS

Tried 3 Lumenbrites but was giving me spotlight effect...

People on each side (2 vs elite) are positive theirs have more spread.

Yes but sold separate..i have glass on my Lumenmax Elite SE

Irrisservice. Is the 17" from the water to the bulb? Or to the bottom or top of the fixture??

So do you have those fixtures mounted on top of your canopy? If the reflectors are 5" tall then you would have to have a canopy that is about 22" tall? Does everyone have their elites mounted that High above the water? Is that what sunlight supply reccomends to get the correct spread?

I think my canopy is only about 19-20" but I still may be ok to use the elites... I run 250w halides though..

That should be fine as mine need to come down some...but that crosses lumenbrites off your list..as there taller..

Ps wattage does not matter its all about par and color....

I have been running 14k Ushios with a magnetic ballast.
