Lump or bump on side of powder blue

Sorry for the not-so-good pics, but I knew y'all would want to see a pic. There is a half-marble sized protrusion on the left side a bit back and above its pectoral fin. I watch my fish very closely and it just popped up on it's side today. It is swimming, eating and acting normally for now. The only thing stressing it seems to be the cleaner wrasse wont seem to leave the tang alone since the inception of this new protrusion. I do have a QT set up, but hopefully this is something dietary. I have been feeding the tank formula 2 frozen, omega 1 pellets w/garlic, new life spectrum flakes, and sea veggies nori (the green one). I read while searching that garlic may cause constipation in tangs. I also think that I may need to feed the nori more often. The tang has been healthy for a month since being ordered from live aquaria. Anyone know what this is?

Any other tangs in the tank? Could be battle damage, or even a sting from a coral/anemone. The wrasse may be eating the dead skin tissue. Hopefully it doesn't get (or has gotten) infected.

There are no other tangs or anemone. The only hard stinger is that long tentacle ate in the photo. The tang is acting normally still with no change in the bump this morning.
