The fishroom is coming along really nicely. I didn't see a couple of dozen outlets though, so I'm guessing they are just out of the range of the lens. :)

Not having sheetrock on the brick wall is no doubt intentional to avoid losing space, but what about temperature? Are you counting on the wall to help in cooling the room?

Nice work and nice update.

oooo! I'm so sorry, didn't realize it no wonder you do such good work. I hates the stuff ;)

Just giving you heck man. I've done rock before but by no means am I an expert...just was hacking on you

cbui2 - Yeah I didn't stop for much to eat but I didn't really start till about 11am had to make some phone calls for the rescue that I volunteer for.

ReeferMonkey - Yeah about 2-3wks ago it was all tore out to the block wall.

melev - I only have three outlets in the room :D I'll take a pic later. I wanted to save the room and use the block to help cool the room :D Good observation and guess. We'll see how much it helps but basements are always cooler and w/ the cool ground against that block I hope it helps some

Got the frames put together but I don't have the right router bit to put that channel in there so I'm gonna as a good wood working friend if he would do them for me.

Believe me these are not perfect but look good enough to paint. I used my POS $99 Ryobi table saw a/ crappy guide and did not clamp down any of the pieces when I drilled or screwed them. With the right tools it would have come out amazing. That Kreg pocket jig is a dang handy little tool

My mud guy called and is sick and will call me when he feels better :( Hope that he feels better early this week we need some paint on the walls :D

hehehe time for you to be "Mudbucket" instead of Lunchbucket?? Nice looking frames by the way.

 I actually was going to do the mudding myself but how can I pass up someone that does it for a living do it and I don't have to pay for it???

Lunchbucket

I'm with you, I believe I mentioned before hates mud I do! We remodeled a teeny bath in or last house in J'ville. Just enough room for tub, toilet, and vanity. One entire 5 gallon of mud later......... Oh and tub had tile up to 6 foot on surround ;). I know you are so ready to be done with this project. It looks great though.

I'm ready to have the mud and paint done so I can plumb and stuff but that tank won't probably be running untill mid summer? Need to buy a few more things and don't have the $$ yet. 25-50lbs of dry base rock, humidity/temp controller, VHO bulbs (4), 10k Xm bulbs (2), 2-3 buckets of salt. Not much but still some stuff

Lunchbucket

I hear you. I need to get my rock, I have 60 lbs of what is now base rock. Also need to mount my lights and decide if I want to add to the bottom of my POS hood to raise it up some to get halides higher off tank. Hopefully when I get done with upgrades on poultry houses, tank is on ;)
