Have an Angel with two pin-head sized white fluff on dorsal fin. It's not looking like fungus, but someone with knowledge who saw it said it's lymphocitis, that I should get a few cleaner wrasses, that will feed off it. Sounds weird to me. Also told that better water conditions and food will cure it. I need some expert input on this. Suggestions welcomed!

Fixed this for you. Cleaner wrasses would not solve the problem because there is no real problem.
