Lyretail Anthia Sex Change

Hello everyone,
2.5 weeks ago i purchased 3 female lyretail anthias. I was told it was better to purchase 3 females instead of 1 male and 2 females. So my question is, how long will it take for one to turn male, and what are signs of this happening (besides the obvious color change). So far it seems that 2 of them are fighting each other while one hides. They are about 2.5-3 inches each and all are very bright. Thanks and experience, stories, and advice is appreciated.

Time may vary.
You should see one start to develop a dorsal fin spike.
Then one day you'll see it looking kind of muddy in color, not bright orange, and then a day or two later it should be obvious and bright in color, and that final color will vary depending on region it was collected.
