Lyretail Anthias Black Spots

I have had 6 Lyretail Anthias in QT for about a month or so. I treated ick with Chloroquin Phosphate and TTM. I then treated with Prazi Pro for 1 week. Over the course of the last week or so I noticed these black spots on the male.

I wanted to see if anyone can help identify what these black dots are and figure out what the best course of treatment is.

I would do a Formalin bath and see if that helps.

Could be black ich, a turbellarian flatworm infection. Praziquantel (PraziPro) should help if it's that.
