Lyretail Anthias w/ Blackfin Fin Disease?

Okay, I know that Lyretail Anthias are also called "Goldies", resembling fresh water goldfish, and that the fresh water versions are prone to Black Fin disease, but what is this??

Male center, female bottom:

He has (presumably) Blackfin rot on his aft Dorsal, ventral & pectoral fins, and he's the only fish in the tank affected.

(Hard to tell, but his Tail is naturaly more purple.)

Any Treatments?

just to be safe i would treat it like fin rot. to me in just looks like someone nipped him, but sometime it could turn into fin rot.

nothing to be conserned about imo just looks like color morphed on to his fin
