It baffles me too. why come at the hottest time of the year? Perhaps they got a good deal on the room????

I'm sure date selected is not based on a "good deal on room" 
Previous MACNA events are typically in end of Aug, beginning of September, but sure availability has something to do with it as well.
MACNA held here is a pretty big deal, have to give a big thanks to our club for the behind the scene planning!!

After 2019 Orlando MACNA, I think, Aug. 29th website will be live for purchase. or if your going to Orlando you can purchase there.

99% of it is inside & Orlando is hot & HUMID this time of year for 2019 MACNA.
