Where did you see that info? I was waiting to get my full registration about a week before the conference not thinking that there would be problems with the banquet.
I have family in Atlanta. I was planning to drive up on Friday night go to the show on Saturday and then drive back on Sunday. Are there still tickets available
There will always be tickets available, but FULL CONFERENCE tickets (which include the Saturday banquet, two hours at the Georgia Aquarium, and the coctail party on Friday are more limited. We have 100 left out of 1100.
You will be able to speak with manufacture reps and vendors in person as well as see the new technologies coming out. I think it will be worth the time!
30+ speakers, including Drs. Sylvia Earle and Nancy Knowlton, people from the BBC, Scripps, Smithsonian, Mote, and NOAA, as well as the typical hobbyist fish geeks. About 100 vendors, raffle prizes including a trip for 2 to Fiji, diving with whale sharks, full large aquarium setups, over 1000 other fish geeks, the largest Aquarium in the world....
We have 1 extra room reserved there that it looks like we will not need now if anyone is interested. The room is reserved for Thur, Fri and sat night at $119.99 per night. It is there at the convention so you don't have to drive to the show each day. Let me know if anyone is interested. If nobody is interested a week before we will cancel the room.
