The first thing we have to do is settle with the hotel. Once that is done, we can begin selling booth space to vendors, contacting speakers, arranging transportation, soliciting donations for the raffle, laying out programs, getting bids from printers, advertising, etc.
But, in the meantime, we can still work on our logo and webpage for MACNA. Do we have any artists, graphic designers, or IT guys? I know Sara and Bill have volunteered for the website, but both seem to be very busy right now. I am sure they could use some assistance.
