You are right - it is being added, and we figured we would e-mail people beforehand (we just found out late last week, and figured that few people will buy the GAI tickets this far in advance - you proved us wrong!).

Many people will also buy tickets for the aquarium at other times, and there is a discount on the left side of the MACNA website.

Not yet. Many exhibitors are bringing them with them, so it is driving us crazy in the preparations.

Some items: Full large tank setups, trip for 2 to Fiji, Skimmers, signed photographs from 4 of the top underwater photographers in the world, 2 dives with the whalesharks at GAI (you have to come back for that - we are putting that together in a hotel package, etc), and a bunch of stuff that I can't recall right now. We are shooting for 150 or so raffle prizes to be given out throughout the conference instead of all of them ending on the last day.

We just got word that the Titanic exhibit will be open at the Georgia Aquarium on August 22nd - in time for MACNA!!

You mentioned earlier that there is a discount on the MACNA site for tickets to the GA. I wasn't able to find the link - can you provide the specific location or more instructions?

the aquarium is free from 5-7 on Saturday for people with Banquet tickets. If you want to go another time, look on the front page on the website on the bottom where it says 10% off Georgia Aquarium.

Thaks guys, but when I try to print the schedule for the website, it only prints the first half of each of the days. Nothing after 2pm.

I was hoping to print a copy so I could mark which speakers I was wanting to see. Last year, I was so excited about the trade show that I missed a couple of the speakers I wanted to see. Thought if I planned my days out before hand this year, then hopefully I wouldn't make the same mistake.

How late will UPS be around? I was concerned about transporation of coral from the event back to PA. I was originally planning on checking a styro as luggage. Not sure if it was going to work out well though.
