Macro lens for pentax k100d

Have the Pentax and love it, any recommendations for a good macro lens, manual or auto focus, i am trying to find good used lens' to fit this camera. Also looking for suggestions on a good 200 mm zoom lens that wont break the bank too badly.

Whatever you get it'll be 1.5x on the K100D..
My 100-300mm is an effective 150-450mm on my K100D
The lenses are rated for 35mm and the CCD is smaller than film.

I got the Pentax 100mm Macro for Christmas. I've just started playing with it, taken maybe 20 pics, no tripod yet. Heres a sample:

Ha, those were a couple lucky ones...I've been playing a bit more and am coming to the conclusion I need a remote. Notice how all my pics Im posting are not SPS - theres a reason I just set up the tripod and still cant get anything clear. Here are a couple more with the tripod (but there still is a noticable shake, Im ordering a remote as we speak):

where do you order the remote? I think that would help me alot, could just sit on the couch and wait for the perfect shot. I am new to camera's. Thanks.
