Macrodactyla doreensis - how to make it move

so.. after good research and disturbing my nem a bit I'm pretty sure that it's Macrodactyla doreensis. However, as it came on the rock and was believed it's mag I've put it on the rock not the sand.
It's burrowed into rock now, and moved only a bit but I would like to make it move to the sand as I've make a "pool" of deep sand between the rocks.
I've managed to make it detach from the rock with a plastic stick but only outer part. When it retracts there's no way I can get behind without hurting her which I would normally like to avoid.
Any ideas?

are you certain it's a doreensis? pics?

i gave up on them because i could never get them to stay put long term. lol i've never seen one attach to a rock, especially not burrow it's foot into one... i'm curious to see a pic...

I would not suggest moving it though. Anemone goes to wherever it likes the best, moving it will stress it, making it want to move again.
