Mag 18 Impeller Assembly

I ordered a Mag 18 impeller assembly from you about a week ago. Everything came shipped on time and with great packaging, but the assembly does not fit. On my pump it Says MODEL 18A UTILITY PUMP, but on the impeller's box it say MAG-DRIVE1800B PUMP. The impeller assembly is much larger then my older previous one and it doesn't fit. Are there two types of impeller assemblies?

Hi,

Sorry to hear that didn't fit. We had this happen with the Mag1200 which had a size change a couple years back. I believe the Mag950 had one as well. I didn't realize they made one with the mag1800 as well, but the model numbers you listed are the same way the others were.

So please email sales@premiumaquatics.com and send us your full name or invoice number and we will get you return info and have that older impeller dropshipped from factory direct to you.
