Mag Flake/Dow Flake Order

Any one interested in splitting an order of mag flake and dow flake from http://www.buckeyefieldsupply.com/? It comes out to around a dollar a pound. I would also be willing to do smaller amounts as well..

I'll do a bulk order with you. Were you looking at the 50 pound bag of dow flake for $18.50 or the 16 cup for $11. What are the shipping costs for the 50 pound bag? Is the shipping cheaper/bag if we order more say 4 to 8 bags. IF the shipping is reasonable I'll take several 50 pound bags, if you only wanted about 10 pounds I'd pay for the order and you pull your 10 pounds or so out of one of my bags and the same with the mag flake but I wouldn't need more than one or 2 bags of the mag flake.

I already ordered a 50 pound bag of each yesterday since I needed it either way. It was 28.77 to ship each 50 pound bag, so I am not sure if they would do a better price with bulk. There is a thread in Tampa that someone may have found it local, buy Buckeye said their bags were produced before the formula change. I was looking to keep at least half of each bag..

It's crazy an $18 product costs $29 to ship :eek1: and I assume that's not with any special handling or overnight treatment. I still have about 85 pounds of the old dow flake @ $24/50 pound bag left, but am concerned about what to do when I run out of that. I'm even debating about buying some of the new stuff and use the new dow flake about every 3rd batch to stretch out the life of my old dow flake supply. If we could get a decent bulk shipping rate that would be a whole lot better.

I'll take as much of the Mag flake as you care to part with, see who else might want some and then I'll buy the rest of how ever much you don't need for yourself.
