what percentage is the Mg Chloride? The Mg he is getting is the most pure that you can buy! Maybe it's the same stuff, but definitely worth checking on!
don't get me wrong....I'm not trying to talk you into getting it from David! Just make sure to check the purity because that affects price....and also make sure to find out what else it has in it as nothing is 100% pure! I know that some of the calcium chloride and calcium hydroxide has some stuff that you DON'T want in your reef! Your post didn't say if you had already used that stuff before or if you were wanting to try it for the first time!
They should have a MSDS (material safety data sheet) that tells you all about the stuff!
and if you wander across some strontium chloride at a reasonable price, let me know! I've looked around and it seems like the kent turbo strontium is cheaper than buying bulk.....
J......once I get moved and back from MACNA, we'll have to trade some corals again! I have a bunch of new stuff since the last time we traded! that home made rock of yours is looking really good in my refugium now that it has coralline on it! Now that I have a house again, I can do stuff like making rock.......it tough just doing water changes in an apartment!
