magnesium supplement

ok I'm new to this sight I have a question about Bionic Magnesium but don't know how to post a question? Or where to go to ask someone. Any advice helps. Thanks

As far as the question goes this forum is a good place to start "new to the hobby", if it is a more complicated question the "chemistry" forum would be better.

I use Tech-M; mixes fast, being liquid, easy to measure, easy to dose. Keep your level about 1350 on the test scale and do not dose without a test. Salifert test is easy to use.

Not really sure what your question is, but B-Ionic Mg supplement is a very well known and popular supplement. With that being said, Mg rarely needs to be supplemented because usually weekly or bi-weekly water changes supply enough Mg for the tank...
