Magnetic Holders

Can the outside the tank part of the Magnetic Holder be underwater, as in a return box?
When would you suggest I order a TS24 Kit in time to get the latest black pumps and the new swivel arms for the magnet holders? I assume they are now back order items from either PA or Marine Depot.

I can't promise you they will be black, I am getting back to back shipments of 6100's every day 18 pieces starting in about 2 weeks they should be arriving. What this means is we will be catching up and you could still get the brown pumps.

The magnet holders are submersible.
