Magnificent anemone help

As some of you may know I bought a mag about 4-5 months ago and never had a serious issue since day one. The last two days it's looking deflated with the mouth gaping and it's not able to hold itself up. The only changes since day one is I reduced the use of Red Sea N03 P04x because of some rtn on my SPS. Since I cut back my nitrates climed to about 35ppm, I know this cause I tested them the moment I noticed the anemone deflating. My question is can high nitrates cause a mag to act like this or do you think it's something more? I have Cipro on hand and I'm planing a large water change tomorrow cause of the Holiday I can't get salt I need today, I just hope tomorrow isn't to late. I will post pics when my lights come on in a few hours, thanks!

I should also add that I recently increased the intensity of my AI Hydra 26 from 30% white to 45% white a few days ago, I didn't think it would be an issue cause I figured the mag would appreciate the Stronger light.

Well the lights are starting to ramp up and it looks a little better today, mouth is tighter and tentacles are fatter but I just don't like the way it's slumped over since it's never done it before.

Nope most definitely a mag

Also since I couldn't seem to get any answers I think I may have figured it out myself, I believe it was getting stressed from the high nitrates cause now that I lowered them to around 10ppm and dropping its looking much better.

You mean the purple base and the tips weren't a dead giveaway? Lol I know it's hard to tell from the LED and cell phone pics but a newb could realize it's a Ratteri anemone

I meant it's hard to tell what issues you were asking about and that may be why you got limited comments
