Majano vs Baby BTA

I just traded with a local guy for a small bubble tip anemone. We met in a dark parking lot so I really couldn't get a good look at it but the guy assured me it would get bigger as it inflated again.

I have no reason not to trust this guy but it seems pretty small (about the size of a quarter) and looks a little bit like a majano I guess. I did some searching on the goggle machine and many people claim the main way to tell the difference between small BTA's and a majano is whether it has white lines around its mouth. This anemone has those stripes so I feel ok but just want to confirm.

Hard to tell, looks like a bta.

But seriously does Bill Nye really need help with this question? And what is he doing in back alley late night transactions?

does it have any green coloring? You have it in QT. If your not sure which one it is, then wait a couple weeks. If its a RBTA then there will only be one. If its a Majano then there will probably be 4 or 5 in a very short period of time. Majanos spread very quickly, Anemones don't.

True enough  (Majano's are anemones too)
