CBs are great little fish. I had one for several years. One of the most amusing fish to watch I'd ever had. Lost him to some kind of swim bladder issue... still miss the little guy's antics.

Yeah they are great little fish. This is my second one. Had on in my old tank. Sorry to hear about your lost boiler.

Here is the best picture i could get. He goes in the rock as soon as i go to the tank.

Nice one, my LFS had one when I got the C. bicolor but it was so-so in coloring. I tried two of them during my Rookie year. Lost one to a Salinity problem. The other seemed fine, but died in 2 weeks, cause unkown. I think my tank was just not mature enough..
Actually, don't forget the Singapore Angel ( C. mesolucas). Not a dwarf angel, but pretty small & cute as a button!

Thanks Sheol, Yeah i lost my first one for some odd reason about a year ago. Never new the cause. But yeah the singapore's are really nice to.

Majestic in a 90 gal tank is a borderline situation that is hard to have a strong opinion.

Majestic grow rather slowly, likely slower than the blueface even.

The blueface is not a fast growing angel.

Thanks for the response wooden reefer. Yeah it might have been an option. But when i went to the fish store they had one that was already pretty big so said no way know i can go with that fish.

If I had a 90 gallon SPS tank, I'd look for a juvenile Regal Angel. My dream fish. Yeah, eventually it would need a larger tank. Not like I'd have an ulterior motive there or anything <g>

Sheol, Yeah they are beautiful fish to have in a reef I bet. But from what I have seen they are hard to come by. If you do come by one I have heard that it is hard to get a healthy one. Just a beautiful fish though. Would love to have one to.

It would also depend upon your experience with SW angelfish, for keepin a Regal. Which is why I'm trying my C. bicolor, learning how to acclimate the more difficult angels. Well, not every thing I do is practice for the future, but this is.
Regal is one of my ultimate goals!

Yes would have to 100% agree with Sheol

IMO, no it won't matter. It is just going to get too big for that tank. I had a blueface (( Pomacanthus/Euxiphipops xanthometopon )) which is very similar, in my 75. Raised it from a Juvi, but had to sell it --- was just getting too big.

What size did you sell it at?

Good choice with the CB. They are fun to watch. Mine stays in the rock work most of the time, but he finds every little space to swim through.
