Major Algaefix Overdose

Ugh so I did something really stupid. I misread th ml labeling on the cap and put in 50 ml instead of 5 yesterday. In addition I misread "once every 3 days" as "once FOR 3 days."

Long story short I dosed 10x the amount two days in a row before I caught the issue.

A couple of my lps have closed but other than that I have no other noticeable issues.

I did a 30% change and am making more water for another one.

My question is: besides water changes and praying is there anything I can do? How long to wait before I'm "in the clear?"

Also to make things more complicated I have a shipment of fish and corals coming tomorrow. Will my water be ok by then?

Also: fortunately (?) I only have one fish in there right no w (lawnmower blenny) and some inverts (snails, hermit crabs and a snapping shrimp). I have several lps and sos that I would prefer not to lose obviously.

None of my corals appear to be producing any mucous which is pretty miraculous considering that they sometimes do even after water changes.

Yes thank you. I have refused to use chemicals in my tank up until now because no matter how low I get my nutrients I still seem to have algae. While I appreciate this info it doesn't really help me at this point.

It is what it is. It always helps to know what you put in your tank or body so you know what to do in case of problems. Your best bet is to do water changes to rid the tank of the left over chemical. Like you are doing. Maybe run some carbon if you can.
