Male or female Melanurus wrasse?

I notice a few online sites have male and females for sale. Any real difference?

Would it have an issue with my 6-line who actually is a bit of a sissy?

Behaviorally, probably not. Physically, males have one black spot on their dorsal, females have an extra on their caudal fin.

Most likely will be too busy scouring rockwork for bugs/pods to pay any attention to your sixline (different genus, anyway)

aside from my male clownfish, my melanurus wrasse is pretty much the only fish that has yet to recognize me as a food source.
