Malfuctioning Won Heater

I sent you guys an email sunday night and haven't heard back so I thought I would post here. I have a 200W Won titanium heater, purchased from PA, that isn't working. The light never comes on and the temp isn't holding at night. It is around 3 months old. What can I do about this?

Dang you guys are fast. I thought something was funny you guys are always quick on the replies. I couldn't find it. I found the other 4 orders I have placed but not the one with the heater. Sorry about that. Just let me know if you need any other info from me.

you might want to use a controller, i could never get any heater to hold temp, nor do i trust them........jm2c

i said the same thing in the beginning , for about 3 weeks of fighting with heaters, message me i can give you info on the one i have and where i got it..........i dont want to cross advertise here, premium aquatics are good guys and i get all my dry goods from em, wouldnt seem right

We have a new heater going out to you tomorrow (Friday). We will include a prepaid return label for the defective unit. If you still have the original packing box please stick the heater back in there and ship back to us. If you do not have the box, please use the new one with the heater you receive from us and send back. If you have any questions feel free to call or email me!

I've heard quite a few people with problems with these heaters....is this farily common Jeremy?

like i said , these heaters are not dependable, i have my won titanium on a controller and have no problems with it holding temp....worth every penny and i dont mean just won heaters i mean all heaters in general..........get a controller, youll have one less headache

There seems to have been a few more problems as of late. However, we are also selling a lot more than what we used to as well, so it might even out.
