Mandarin Goby possible fin rot

PLEASE help me my mandarin Goby has got fin rot I think. This is my first time with this and I know that I can't use copper can someone plz help me with some info I have read about this and nothing says that I need to quarantine him all i can find is antibiotic treatment but it don't tell me waht antibiotic
