Mandarin & Wrasse

In Memoriam
K so I currently have a 210 gal tank full of tangs and I was planning to add a few different wrasses to the tank asap...the delema I'm running into now is the food source for my mandarin. I didn't realize the wrasses would wipe out my copapod population.
Is it possible to have them coexist?

We have one Manderin and one Sixline in out 150g
Manderin was skinnay as when he arrived but now eats almost any food we put in and is FAT FAT FAT, same goes for the Sixline, Porky would not even be a close description:wave:

I have 3 leopard wrasse and a mandarin in my 92 gallon. Not to mention 3 other fairy wrasse (dont really think the fairys eat pods) and my mandarin has been doing great for 10 months now. I dont really think once established the leopard wrasse are big pod eaters. They seem to hunt for larger foods.

They will be fine in a tank that size.
I have a 100 gallon tank with a mandarin, scooter bleeny, pair of blue stripped pipefish, and about twenty other small gobies, wrasses, bleenies, and baby butterflies that all eat pods.

In a larger tank you can get away with it, but I would still strive to teach the mandarin to eat mysis and other prepared foods if you plan to do it.
