Mantis 10 gallon

i want to start up my first s.w, i want to do a mantis with liveorck, will it break the glass of a standard aga 10 gallon, are they stomahpods pretty hardy, Do i neeed alot of light for the live rock/ mantis, how often do i feed them and how, are they too loud to be in my bedroom

N. wenn i believe it's a small neon green manits (well mine was that color anyways) i had him in a 10 gal tank, with live sand/crushed coral and live rock. with a penguin filter (removed the bio wheel) they aren't that loud at all i never noticed mine. i feed every other day i buy hermit crabs for him and he would eat mysis shrimp and ghost shrimp and cut up silver sides.
