mantis question

if i had a pistol shrimp and a watchman goby, would a mantis kill the goby to get to the pistol? dig the pistole shrimp out or maybe leave them alone?
just thinking...

Probably not a good idea, as the goby is a bottom dwelling, slow moving fish, and the mantis may go after! The shrimp will get killed when molting, or even just flat out whenever the mantis feels like it... maybe not a good idea! Probably a case of one or the other!

I had an N.wennera that killed a Yellow Watchman Gobie to eat. In hind site I probably should have gotten a much bigger gobie to give it a better chance, but I didn't and he didn't last long.
