mantis shrimp in forty rare coloration

hey kinda new to this fourm. i have a forty gal reef and today i noticed a little mantis movin around in a tiny hole my rock when i intised him out with food he had werv weird coloration hes black with a gold hue for his spots he is very small about half the size of my pinky i dont intend on hurting him but i want it outa my prized forty what should i doo im thinking about getting a trap then selling him or giving him away
